This Acceptable Use Policy explains what is not allowed on BEDOPE.
You may not use the Service to create, upload, process, distribute, or request content that falls into any of the following categories.
1. Illegal Content
Content that violates applicable law, regulation, court order, or third-party rights is prohibited.
2. Minors
You may not create, upload, process, or generate content that sexualizes, exploits, harms, endangers, or depicts minors in inappropriate contexts.
3. Non-Consensual Intimate Content
You may not create or process nude, sexual, intimate, or suggestive content involving real people without explicit consent.
4. Deepfakes and Impersonation
You may not create deceptive, harmful, defamatory, fraudulent, or non-consensual impersonations of real people.
5. Hate, Harassment, and Abuse
You may not generate content that promotes hatred, harassment, threats, abuse, discrimination, or violence toward protected groups or individuals.
6. Intellectual Property Infringement
You may not upload or generate content that infringes copyright, trademarks, trade secrets, privacy rights, publicity rights, or other legal rights.
7. Fraud and Deception
You may not use the Service for scams, phishing, fake documents, fake evidence, misleading endorsements, identity theft, or fraudulent commercial activity.
8. Platform Abuse
You may not bypass credit systems; abuse free trials or promotions; create multiple accounts to avoid limits; scrape or crawl the Service; attack or overload our systems; reverse engineer the Service; or resell access without permission.
9. Enforcement
We may remove content, block generations, suspend accounts, terminate accounts, or report activity to authorities where appropriate.
