Affiliate and Referral Terms

These Affiliate and Referral Terms apply if BEDOPE offers affiliate links, referral rewards, commission programs, creator partnerships, or revenue-sharing programs.

1. Eligibility

We may approve or reject affiliate applications at our discretion. You must provide accurate information and comply with all laws, advertising rules, platform rules, and these Terms.

2. Referral Links

Approved affiliates may receive a unique referral link or code. You are responsible for using your link honestly and lawfully.

3. Commission

Commission rates, payout thresholds, eligible purchases, and payment schedules are shown in the affiliate dashboard or written agreement. Commission may apply only to qualifying purchases made by new users through your valid referral link.

4. No Self-Referral

You may not use your own referral link to earn commission on your own purchases.

5. Prohibited Promotion

You may not promote BEDOPE using spam; fake reviews; misleading claims; unauthorized brand bidding; impersonation; adult, illegal, hateful, or deceptive content; promises of guaranteed earnings; or claims not approved by us.

6. Refunds and Chargebacks

If a referred purchase is refunded, charged back, canceled, fraudulent, or disputed, the related commission may be removed, withheld, or reversed.

7. Payouts

Payouts are made only after verification and once the minimum payout threshold is reached. We may require identity, tax, or payment verification before payout.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate affiliate participation at any time for violation of these Terms, fraud, abuse, or reputational risk.
